If there’s ever something you want to accomplish, “there’s an app for that.” As much as I hate that damned slogan, within reason, it holds true. Until recently, you had to open a browser, type in a web address and wait excruciating seconds to get a good look at artist Alex Ross’ work. How archaic is that? To remedy that fact, he’s finally decided to take the next step in becoming one with the hive-mind. Alex Ross the iPhone app (now available absolutely free) gives you a direct connection (not really) with the man himself.
4/28/2010 ROSS GOES MOBILE
We are thrilled to announce the all new Alex Ross iPhone application featuring the artwork of Alex Ross. It’s free and now available for download in the Apple iPhone apps store. Now you can browse the galleries of artwork here at AlexRossArt.com while you’re on the go as well as get the updates from our own Ross Report directly on your phone. You can also save an image to your photos which can later be used as wallpaper, see videos and review and schedule Ross appearances all in your own phone.
You can visit Alex Ross’ website or download the app directly from iTunes.
