OK Go has outdone themselves again. First it was the Invincible video, which was interesting for being out of the ordinary. Then they gave us the treadmill dance in Here It Goes Again that truly redefined the word viral (the video has since garnered over 49 million hits on YouTube). It’s no surprise really but at some point you have to ask yourself, how much further can the bar be raised?

The illustrious developers at The Behemoth, still plugging away at their latest title, have finally deemed us mere mortals worthy enough to unveil an official title, trailer AND basic premise. While many fans will forever refer to it as Game #3, BattleBlock Theater promises “A story about friendship, betrayal, and a whole truck load of cats.” While the phrase “truck load of cats” implies as many cats as would fit in a truck I think it’s safe to assume that the truck in question is fairly large, so no worries there.

One of my longest running lists as of late was my “want to see” list, which consisted of genre titles like Paranormal Activity, Trick ‘r Treat, The Hills Run Red, Laid to Rest and so forth and so on. As of Halloween night the sole remaining title on that list was Fear(s) of the Dark, a French anthology of black & white animated shorts. Now, less than twenty four hours removed, I can say that while it was definitely worth the wait for this dude, it’s probably not for everyone.
