Guy Ritchie is certainly taking a few liberties with Doyle’s famed detective, though it’s not nearly as many as one might guess despite the rock ‘em, sock ‘em nature of the trailers. In short, I have absolutely no idea how close or far this movie is from the source material, but I do know that I enjoyed it for the most part.
